The SHOVE IT Foundational Program is being formalized for you. 

We have our official start date as a large group January 10th, 2022. 

You will get the introduction on January 10th and then the following Sunday, the 16th and then every Sunday following that one. An amazing way to prepare now is to read the SHOVE IT Book now. It is not mandatory for you to read the book before you start the course just to be clear. Only if you would like to maximize your results.

Comfortable Where You Are

SHOVE IT for loving where you are right NOW!

Grams didn't break anything, we just couldn't get her up without more support. It wasn't ideal and wouldn't want to do it again, but the moment and the memories I have from a seemingly unlucky event is one I play over and over. We got comfortable as we waited for help and I've brought this lesson into my daily life now. We don't get to dictate our circumstances, yet we can control how we respond. 

How might you make yourself more comfortable no matter where you are right now? You might not know where you are going, or you may feel like you will never meet your soulmate, but I'm here to remind you the best is yet to come. Rather than drowning in your impatience, revel in your love for this right here, right now moment. Enjoy what you have and what you've been given as you fall madly in love with where you are going.

Grab a pillow and a blanket and enjoy the movie playing before your eyes!

You Can't Escape the Consequence

Thank you for pondering these words today.

I believe in you. I know you know what you need to do for yourself. You always do. Sometimes, you forget that -- perhaps you are worried about how other people will feel and what people might think, so you make decisions from this place outside of you. Other times, you convince yourself you have to make this decision now, or perhaps you really do have a deadline, which conflicts with your ability to hear your core voice.

In any case, take time to SHOVE IT!

SHOVE IT for even a split second, and you will find space between your thoughts, and clarity will come.

It broke my heart to hear my friend was engaged to a "meat sauce of a man" because I care about her. That was the last thing I wanted to do when a sister-love told me this type of milestone news. Changes and Transitions Part 3: Progressing Habits without Reverting Back to Old ways

I always say that "in order to change yourself, you have to get to know yourself." Get to know yourself. Understand your triggers. We talk a lot of this in Module #8 of the SHOVE IT Foundations Course where we talk about your nemesis. Don't try to do this on your own!

The best thing about knowing yourself is that you begin to interrupt your struggles and upgrade your focus to prevent yourself from reverting to your old ways. You are a human, and you will have setbacks. You will make mistakes. You will be exhausted and overwhelmed, and your survival mode will trigger your old behaviors. It is all okay. Just notice. Identify if there are any commonalities in terms of when it happens and why. Take inventory for observation, NOT punishment.

Ask each other often:
What makes you feel loved? What would make you feel extra special today? What can I do?
What do you need in times of stress?
How can I best support you right now?

Get curious with your partner. Refrain from blaming or arguing with ...
