How can we set you up for success in stress?

"Wait a minute!" is such a great practice.

I said practice because you must choose to repeat this over and over before it will become a natural and automatic tendency. 

"Wait a minute!" gives you a breathing opportunity and reflective space. When you catch yourself and you say, "Wait a minute!" you stop your mind from becoming cluttered with last season's junk and give yourself time to find your powers.
