HI, I'M JENNA.

I didn't set out to create a framework.

I was trying to understand one question:

Why does the mind create interference when life feels heavy and uncertain?

I first noticed it in myself.

I was experiencing severe anxiety and stress around uncertainty.

Internally, I was carrying enormous pressure that most people would never have known was there.

I was functioning.

I was working.

I was handling things.

But my body was telling me something different.

I was suffering from severe stomach ulcers.

I had learned to keep going. To figure things out. To tell myself I was fine.

But I wasn't feeling fine.

So I began experimenting with what would eventually become the Mind Palette Cleanse™ and Plugin Practice™.

I practiced consistently.

And over time, my ulcers went away.

That experience changed the direction of my work.

I became obsessed.

Not just with feeling better, but with understanding why.

What was happening beneath the experience?

Why could I consciously think, “I'm okay,” while my body seemed to be telling me something completely different?

What happens when stress doesn't end when the moment does?

And why do some patterns continue long after the original circumstance has passed?

I wanted to understand the mechanics.

And the more I looked, the more I started seeing the same pattern in other people.

I THEN SAW IT AS A TEACHER.

Students who understood the material...

but couldn't access what they already knew when pressure arrived.

They didn't suddenly become less intelligent.

Something was interfering with their ability to access what they already knew.

Then I saw it in sport.

Athletes who trained for months...

but struggled to trust their abilities when competition began.

They had the skill.

They had the preparation.

They had the experience.

But pressure changed what they could access.

Later, I saw it in health coaching.

People who genuinely wanted greater longevity and vitality...

but found themselves returning to the same patterns again and again.

They knew what to do.

They wanted change.

They were trying.

And yet something automatic kept getting in the way.

At first, I thought it was motivation.

Discipline.

Limiting beliefs.

Mindset.

But the more I worked with people, the less those explanations seemed to account for what I was seeing.

There was something underneath them.

A pattern.

THE PATTERN I COULDN'T IGNORE.

A hockey player under pressure.

An executive carrying invisible responsibility.

A founder facing uncertainty.

A leader making high stakes decisions.

An athlete preparing for competition.

A parent navigating a completely different life than the one they imagined.

Different people.

Different environments.

Different responsibilities.

Same underlying mechanism.

When pressure increased...

the mind began preparing.

Predicting.

Rehearsing.

Searching for certainty.

Trying to prevent what could go wrong.

And sometimes that protection created its own interference.

Clarity became harder to access.

Self trust weakened.

Presence disappeared.

Decision making became harder.

Not because something was wrong with the person.

Because something automatic was running.

THE QUESTION THAT BECAME MY WORK.

I wanted to understand what was happening beneath the behavior.

Not personality.

Not willpower.

Not whether someone was “positive enough.”

Not whether they simply needed to try harder.

The pattern underneath all of it.

Why does the mind respond the way it does when uncertainty appears?

Why do intelligent people overthink?

Why do experienced people second guess?

Why do highly trained people sometimes struggle to access what they already know?

Why can someone consciously know they're okay...

while their internal experience tells a completely different story?

Eventually, I recognized something important:

My own mind had a Default Program™ too.

Not because my experience was unique.

Because it was human.

That changed everything.

Understanding the mind was interesting.

Understanding the Default Program™ became necessary.

WHAT IS THE DEFAULT PROGRAM™?

The Default Program™ is the automatic mental pattern your mind runs before conscious choice.

It is shaped by your experiences.

What you've learned.

What you've experienced.

What you've had to adapt to.

What your mind has decided is important to prepare for.

It influences how you interpret situations.

How you anticipate.

How you respond.

How you experience the moment in front of you.

Most of the time, you don't notice it happening.

You simply think:

This is how I am.

This is just how my mind works.

It is what it is.

But your Default Program™ is not your identity.

It is what your mind learned to do.

And what is learned can be practiced differently.

WHY I CREATED THIS WORK.

Most people don't need more information.

They already know a lot.

They know they should sleep.

Move.

Eat well.

Take breaks.

Set boundaries.

Communicate.

Relax.

Let things go.

The problem isn't always knowing what to do.

Sometimes the problem is what happens automatically before you get the chance to do it.

That is the part I wanted to train.

Not through endless analysis.

Not by asking people to sit still and empty their minds.

Not by teaching them to suppress their thoughts.

And not by telling them to simply think positively.

I wanted something people could actually practice inside their lives.

Something they could use when life was happening.

Not just when life was quiet.

That became the Mind Palette Cleanse™.

And the Plugin Practice™.

THE METHOD

A Mind Palette Cleanse™ is designed to interrupt the mental patterns you're carrying forward.

A Plugin Practice™ gives you a way to return to your Secure State™ when life pulls you out of it.

Together, they create a simple daily practice.

You press play.

You practice.

You continue living your life.

There is nothing you need to memorize.

Nothing you need to figure out.

No perfect state you need to achieve.

You run the protocol.

Then you observe.

WHY I DON'T ASK YOU TO BELIEVE ME.

I've spent years working with people carrying enormous responsibility.

Athletes.

Pilots.

Surgeons.

Healthcare professionals.

Business owners.

Executives.

Parents.

People navigating grief, uncertainty, pressure, major transitions and circumstances they never expected to face.

And I've now seen hundreds of experiences with this work.

Some outcomes were exactly what people came looking for.

Others were completely unexpected.

A fighter pilot came because he wanted to experiment with reducing the stress his body was carrying.

He wasn't expecting his hair to begin growing back.

A person who had spent years and enormous amounts of money trying to understand chronic fatigue came to me exhausted by trying.

She almost said no because she didn't have the energy to learn one more thing.

I told her:

There is nothing to learn. There is something to practice.

She eventually told me:

“I have my life back.”

A surgeon came because he needed to remain precise under enormous pressure.

He discovered he could finally turn off.

An athlete came wanting to extend his career.

He discovered what the practice could mean for his wife and children.

A postpartum mother came because she was silently struggling to feel connected to the experience she had always dreamed of having.

She tried a Mind Palette Cleanse.

And told me:

“It changed everything.”

These stories matter to me.

But they don't mean you will have the same experience.

I don't promise a particular outcome.

I don't know what your mind and body will show you.

And that's exactly why I ask you not to believe me.

Follow the protocol.

Observe what changes.

Your experience will always be more meaningful than my promise could ever be.

WHAT I BELIEVE.

I don't believe your mind is the problem.

I believe your mind has been doing exactly what it learned to do.

And I don't believe you need to become a different person.

You don't need to eliminate uncertainty.

You don't need to control every outcome.

You don't need to make life less demanding.

The meetings will still happen.

The surgery.

The flight.

The competition.

The deadlines.

The children.

The difficult conversation.

The unexpected phone call.

Life will keep happening.

We don't train for the moments when life is quiet.

We train for the moments when it isn't.

Because the goal isn't to escape your life.

It's to build a mind you can trust while you're living it.

That is the work.

That is why I created the Default Program™.

And that is why I still practice it myself.

Build A Mind You Can Trust™.
