After you complete any of the programs, we will remind you when it is time to re-up if you so do choose. When you re-up, your program continues without any breaks. If you do not re-up, we don't save your spot for a renewal and it will be filled with the next student. You can come back at any time. You just have to wait for the next available start date. Upon renewal, we go through the next level of transformation for your specific needs and goals from where you stand at that point. Your focus might be on weight loss, insomnia, relationships, professional performance as an athlete, leader, or entrepreneur, heartbreak healing, etc. Our goal is to help you achieve and maintain life fulfillment in every area of your life. This is total transformation coaching!

SHOVE IT is designed to fit and add to everything you are already doing. Your therapist recommended this program to support the work you two are already doing because the SHOVE IT practice speeds up healing, progress and recovery by helping you with the focus component that is often overlooked.

You won't want to quit. You will experience success so quickly you won't want to go back. You have support the whole program. Each week, the program is adjusted to suit your needs, effort and timeframe. Of course, you always have choice. There are no refunds once you commit to a contract.
