For the next 7 days, do only this:
• Listen one a day - you choose, which practice you want that day
• No journaling
• No mindset work
• No fixing or analyzing
• You don’t need to “do it right”
Just let it play and let your system settle.
That’s it.Â
This isn’t about progress or growth.
It’s about giving your nervous system a sense of completion and safety after a very real period of emotional processing, especially around family.
If you don’t use it, that’s completely okay.
